A 2-hour introduction to parkour workshop led by our pro parkour coaches.
The first 90 mins will be packed with lessons and courses while the latter 30 mins is a time for open exploration of our parkour gym and a chance to ask the coaches and staff any questions you may have about the sport of parkour and what we do here at Freedom in Motion.
