First Timers | Adult&Teen

New to parkour? Then you're looking at the right class!

First Timers class is our 4 part beginners class series. These 4 classes are designed to lay the foundations for a budding parkour life-style.
In this class, you will learn
  • Important safety concepts of parkour
  • Basic Parkour vocabulary and terminology
  • New and challenging concepts of maneuvering, commonly used in most parkour movement

The First Timers series of classes is a 4-part set of classes. The 4 classes are split into class A, B, C, and D. You may begin with any one the letters, no single one comes first or last in the series so feel free to jump in at any time.
Each week one of each class is available, you can see when the exact classes are on our online schedule. Classes rotate each week, so if you want to take your time and come in to take just one class a week, you will eventually cycle through A,B,C, and D all on any one day of the week. You could also take all 4 classes in a single week! It all depends on how often you want to come in really.
