Lv 2+ | Strength (16+)


Strength and conditioning is essential to parkour. In Strength class we focus on building strength, increasing endurance, and gaining a fuller range of movement & flexibility. Students will encounter body weight & Free weight exercises. In parkour, your strength is your armor.

Who should take this session? Unless invited by a coach, this class is for athletes 16-years-olds and up. Strength Class is great for all skill levels, and extremely important for beginners. No weight lifting experience necessary. All body shapes and sizes welcome.

Fitness Membership: FiM offers a Fitness membership which allows anytime access into our strength area, unlimited access into this strength class, and 2 open gyms a month. This fitness membership is only $9/month.
