Burn off that extra holiday season weight with a high pace ultra fun parkour fitness boot camp. Our boot camp is a 2 week, 4 days a week course designed to teach the necessary strength and skills to become a parkour athlete.

Who should participate in this boot camp?
This camp is for adults both completely new to parkour and for those who have done it in the past. Absolutely no prior experience needed. This boot camp will get your heart pumping, your calories burning and will bring a smile to your face. If you want to improve your strength, mobility, or overall fitness for 2017 then this boot camp is an excellent choice.

What days and times is this camp offered?

Our boot camp runs on weekdays from 6:15 to 7:10pm Tuesday through Friday beginning the first week in January on Tuesday the 3rd and continue through the month.
Join anytime, as this pass is good for any 2 weeks in the month of January.
